DEADLINE: Malibu-Topanga Business Interruption Fund
Small Businesses impacted by PCH or Topanga Canyon closures can apply for grants of up to $20k
The Malibu-Topanga Business Interruption Fund (BIF) is a grant program providing $10,000 – $20,000 in relief to small businesses suffering financial losses as a direct result of the loss of customers due to the closures of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and Topanga Canyon Blvd. following the January 2025 windstorms and wildfires.
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements in order to qualify:
- Must be a Small Business with under $6M in revenue and fewer than 100 employees.
- Must be located in zip codes 90265 or 90290.
- Must have incurred 10%+ revenue loss year over year between the months of January and May.
